Gold and Platinum Levels of Service

Everything that is accomplished with the Silver level of service plus GCS will facilitate the following for your company:

GSA Advantage Submission

As a requirement of you new GSA Schedule there are certain items that you must fulfill in order to ensure that you will keep your schedule. One of those requirements is to get onto the GSA Advantage. This is an electronic submission of pricing to the government through there SIP program. This requires an electronic filing and submission and new registrations to be completed, all of which is accomplished by Government Contract Services, Inc. for you


Once your GSA Schedule is awarded, and you are on the GSA advantage Government Contract Services will continue with ongoing support consistent with our “cradle to grave” approach to government contracting. GCS will maintain an active interface with you and the government to include:

  • Set up a marketing plan with your company to help produce sales

  • Prepare an outline brochure to comply with GSA mailing requirements

  • Request lists of potential customers from the government to direct market to (the present list has approx 5000 names on it)

  • Propose an outline for strategies to implement your schedule from inception thru first five years

  • Set up sub-contracting opportunities with our other accounts when applicable on their GSA Schedules

  • Review pricelist when submitted by client to ensure compliance with pricing issues

  • Submit quarterly reports to GSA

  • Negotiate price modifications to your schedule

  • Addition and deletion of products to your schedule

  • Government Contract Services empowers your company to maximize its sales on the GSA Schedule System for the life of its contract, while fine tuning it as needed.

    Gold Level of Service


    A one time fee of $10,500.00* with 5% commission sales per year .

    * Prices for standard Schedules; “Master Schedules” entail additional charges.


    Platinum Level of Service


    Everything that is accomplished with the Gold level of service. GCS’s Platinum level of service is identical to our Gold level of service with an alternative payment program to meet your company’s needs:

    A one time fee of $15,500.00* with 2.5% commission on the first $1,000,000.00 of sales per year and 2.5% on the rest

    * Prices for standard Schedules; “Master Schedules” entail additional charges.
